MCC Signup

PowerShaper has facilities to allow Manchester City Council tenants to sign up to PowerShaper Monitor for free.

The app `mcc_signup` provides a signup flow that checks a user's postcode. If the postcode is in the list of postcodes from which we are accepting MCC tenants, then they are allowed to go on and make a User and an `MCCTenant` object.

The `MCCTenant` object represents an MCC tenant that has successfully gone through the signup process, and connected their smart meter.
